At Theera Ula, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you would like to request a refund or exchange, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order by emailing us at theeraula.info@gmail.com. The returned item must reach us within 15 days after confirmation of your return request. Refunds and exchanges will only be processed after inspecting the product and verifying your claim.
Refund & Exchange Conditions:
- Refunds are applicable to the product cost only; shipping charges are non-refundable.
- No refunds for sale or customized products.
- Returns or exchanges will only be accepted if:
- You received an incorrect product
- There is a genuine defect caused during production or handling
- The product is unused and undamaged
- The desired exchange item is in stock
- Minor irregularities in handloom products or those using natural/azo-free dyes are not eligible for returns or exchanges, as they are inherent to handcrafted goods.
For returns, please send a detailed message with photos or videos of the product to theeraula.info@gmail.com within 2 days of receiving the item. If the return is approved, you will receive a confirmation email with a return authorization form, including instructions on how to return the product(s). If the return is due to a mistake on our part, we will refund the cost of the product.
Order Cancellations: Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of placement. Once production begins, cancellations are not possible.

Important: If you receive a damaged product or notice tampered packaging, please refuse the delivery, take photos with the delivery person, and return the package. Ensure that the original box and packaging materials are returned with the item.
Refund Policy: Once eligible, refunds will be processed either as store credit or to the original payment method. Refunds will be processed within 10 working days after the order cancellation. The funds will be credited to your account, and you will receive an email notification once the return is processed. Refunds typically take 3-5 working days to reflect, depending on your bank. Refunds are only processed via the original payment method (except for UPI payments, for which further details and email confirmation are required). For cash deposits, refunds will be made by cheque, taking 3-5 working days.
Order Modifications & Cancellations: You may modify or cancel orders before shipment. However, cancellations or changes to customized orders are not allowed. For customized items, returns and cancellations are only accepted if the item is faulty.
