Shipping Policy

At Theera Ula, we craft each piece only after your order, ensuring minimal waste and sustainability. Domestic and international orders are usually shipped within 7-10 business days. However, for sale orders, the shipping timeline is extended to 25 working days. You will receive an email with the expected delivery date once your order is placed.

Please note that Sundays and public holidays are not considered working days for standard deliveries.

Shipping Charges

Domestic Orders (within India):

  • Free shipping for orders above INR 5000.
  • A flat shipping charge of INR 150 applies for orders below INR 5000, regardless of the number of items.

International Orders:

  • Flat shipping charge of INR 3200 for orders below INR 25,000.
  • Free shipping for orders above INR 25,000.
  • Any customs charges will be borne by the customer.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, we will send you an email with a tracking number and a link to the shipping agency’s tracking page.

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, we rely on third-party vendors for shipping. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers.

Damaged Package

If you receive a damaged package, please refuse the delivery and take pictures of the damage. We will either refund your purchase or send a replacement.

Returns/Exchanges

For returns or exchanges, the shipping cost to return the product to our warehouse will be borne by you.

Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, please do so within 24 hours of placing the order. As we work on a made-to-order basis, once production begins, cancellations are not possible.
